Non-Refundable Service
We do not offer any kind of refund for all purchases of our services. Please be sure before making any purchase that our service is a non-refundable product.
One-Time Charges (OTC)
All installation and one-time connection charges are strictly non-refundable once service setup has commenced.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly bills are prepaid and non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has been paid, no refund will be issued for that period.
Service Cancellation
To cancel, provide one month advance notice. Prepaid amounts already paid will not be refunded upon early cancellation.
Equipment Return
Upon unsubscribing, Future Net Solution will retrieve all cables and devices provided to establish your connection.
